PennDOT guidelines are strictly enforced—all documents must be physical originals.
ESTIMATED SERVICE TIME
- Enhanced Safety Inspection: 60 Minutes (1 Hour)
(Extensive structural auditing, photo documentation, and complex PennDOT Form MV-426B paperwork processing)
RE-INSPECTION POLICY
- You qualify for a FREE RE-INSPECTION if you:
- Return to our station within 30 days of your original test date.
- Vehicles returning after the 30-day window or failing re-inspection:
- Will be charged the standard inspection fee.
MANDATORY FOR ALL VEHICLES
- ORIGINAL TITLE / SALVAGE CERTIFICATE: Front & back. MUST BE IN YOUR NAME.
- VALID PA PHOTO ID: Current driver’s license or state ID (front & back).
- ITEMIZED REPAIR RECEIPTS: Receipts for all replaced parts.
- Note: Used parts must list the exact Donor Vehicle VIN on the receipt.

| • Form MV-1 (Application for Title) • Bill of Sale including: Seller/Buyer names & signatures, VIN, Date, and Purchase Price. • If bought already fixed: A signed, notarized statement from the seller with the VIN confirming no branded title was obtained. | • Official Retention Letter on insurance company letterhead. • Must show the exact dollar amount deducted from your settlement to retain the vehicle. |

| • Official Appraisal Report containing:- Appraiser’s name, license #, and signature- Vehicle VIN and exact damage amount ($)- Actual cash value prior to the incident | • Truck/Trailer: Certified weight slip required. • Custom/Specially Constructed: Detailed build description written on 8.5″ x 11″ paper. • Form MV-41: If a replacement PA VIN plate is needed. • Power of Attorney: If signing for someone else. |
